Since founding LA Models in 1985, I have taken great strides to have my team micro-manage the careers of all our models and talent. Understanding that each one of our models is an individual business and enterprise, I have always made certain that we have adequate staffing to optimize their career opportunities, on an on-going daily basis. Dealing day-to-day with the largest model-employing companies worldwide, I decided to open NY Models in 1995, not only to better service our clients but also expand the marketing possibilities of our models and talent.
